In a parallelogram $ABCD$, $M$ is the midpoint of $DC$. There is a point $X$ on $BC$ such that $\angle MAX = 30^\circ$, $\angle BAX = \angle MAD$ and $AX = XM$. Find the ratio of $BX : XC$.
